Here's what participants have shared...

"I find that I am able to better identify when I’m in a tailspin and step outside of the chaos of my emotions and better ground and analyze what is happening and what my needs might be in that moment."

FAQ

  • What is a "Mini Course"?

Our Mini Courses are meant to introduce you to the concepts and skills that we dig into within our Online Programs & give you action steps to start making changes now! This is a fabulous, low cost, place to get a flavour of new ways of managing your prolapse and to get you started with some core skills!

  • What is a "Program"?

Our Online Programs take your further. I give you step by step guidance, TONS of examples and a plethora of resources to help you implement evidence-based skills for managing the impact of POP on your emotional wellness & quality of life.

  • If I am ready to dive in, do I need the "mini courses" or can I just jump into an Program?

Jump on into a Program! If you know that you are ready to take action on this learning and want step by step guidance for implementing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness into your POP Recovery, don't worry, you will have everything that you need within the Program that interests you most.

  • This is all new to me...Where should I start?

I would recommend starting with our POP Perspecitves Mini Course to get a solid foundation of the concepts informing our offerings!

  • Will your programs replace a need for psychotherapy?

If you are struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Suicidality, Trauma, Addictions, an Eating Disorder, or Psychosis, we highly recommend connecting with a skilled psychotherapist in your area for support. The Mind Your POP™ program is focused on supporting you with navigating your relationship with your prolapse. While you will likely see an improvement in your mental health and outlook as you implement these strategies, the program is not a replacement for skilled, individualized psychotherapy. The program can be a wonderful supplement to psychotherapy and help you to gain strategies to manage the mindset hurdles that can accompany Pelvic Organ Prolapse specifically.

  • What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We are confident you will love all of the offerings available at Mind Your POP™ ! We are happy to provide you with a 30 day money back guarantee for our Online Programs! Our Mini Courses, however, are all final sale!
