Stop struggling with Pelvic Organ Prolapse & start living!
Mind Your POP™ with curiosity, flexibility & hope
You get a diagnosis of Pelvic Organ Prolapse and feel incredibly blind sided.
You get a referral to pelvic floor therapy BUT you have lingering doubts, questions, and confusion about ALL of the conflicting information that you are getting at your health care appointments.
You turn to Google only to find lists of things you should avoid doing with POP.
“How am I supposed to do all of my exercises, care for my kiddos and get on with my life?”
Pelvic Organ Prolapse consumes your thoughts.
“Why can’t I get a straight answer about what is happening in my body?” You keep getting different diagnoses/grades from practitioners.
“No one is listening!” You don’t know where to get the right help from a practitioner that really listens to your story, gets how POP has impacted you, and is supportive of your movement goals.
“I wish I had been more careful.” You are struggling with self-blame and are searching for that one thing you could have done differently to prevent it.
“I feel so broken.” You find yourself stuck in comparison. Comparison to your old body or to other peoples’ postpartum journey and recovery.
“Should I be doing this?” You feel hesitant and unsure as your move your body through your day and find yourself avoiding outings and activities.
“Nothing helps!” When your POP symptoms flare up you feel helpless, unsure how to calm things back down.
“But what if it gets worse?” Perhaps you have been given the green light by your pelvic health practitioner to get back to the exercises and movement practices that you love, but are finding it hard to trust your body to support you.
It can be easier! You can stop POP from robbing you of the here and now!
Imagine, trusting and feeling confident in your body again.
You take your kiddos to the park and are focused on their laughter...instead of worrying about POP.
You go out for a hike with your family and are focused on how it feels to be outdoors...instead of worrying about POP.
You strap your baby on your body and can focus on the connection...instead of worrying about POP.
You are moving, exercising and living the life you want to be living with mounting strength and confidence in your whole body!
You can feel well equipped to manage POP sensations without always fearing the worst.
You can move freely again.
POP doesn’t have to consume your thoughts.
You can be present with the important people and activities in your life.
The best part?
There is help, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Our signature program, Mind Your POP™ with curiosity, flexibility and hope will give you the information, guidance, and support that you need to kick pelvic organ prolapse out of the driver’s seat of your life in order to get yourself firmly back in!
This 4 month program was designed to help you implement evidence based strategies for managing your symptoms so that you can feel comfortable and safe in your body again.
Just like you, I have Pelvic Organ Prolapse. I was diagnosed with a Grade 3 uterine prolapse and a Grade 2 rectocele after childbirth.
This diagnosis was devastating for me and consumed my focus and attention for the first chunk of my postpartum period. I struggled with the impact it was having on my mental health and my capacity to live my life.
My experience as a mental health Occupational Therapist helped me in my own recovery and I realized that I wanted to help other womxn struggling with their pelvic health so I dove head first into learning and into the field. I am passionate about the work that I now do one to one with womxn who have POP to help them find more presence, agency and fun in their recovery.
But I wanted to reach MORE womxn just like you and that is how Mind Your POP™ was born.
In the Mind Your POP™ Program, you will discover...
Rebuild your confidence and take your life back in just 4 months with Mind Your POP™ !
After just a taste of MYP!
“I assumed all triggers were physical, like lifting too much, standing too long, etc., I had no idea stress, worry, fear could make symptoms worse, but now it makes total sense!”
“I want to thank you for offering this course. I’m getting lots of hope as you teach! Thank you for making a difference in your work!”
“It made a difference talking with someone who has/is going through prolapse as well. It's hard to relate to someone who hasn't experienced these unique symptoms and the emotional roller coaster."

No. This program is about supporting you with making sense of the information that you are getting in from providers and helping you to take action by working through the overwhelm and putting it into practice in your day to day life.
No. Your body, your choices. We will discuss the myriad of care options available to support your pelvic health (self-guided, peer-guided, and practitioner guided) and encourage your autonomy in making these choices!
If you are struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Addictions, an Eating Disorder, or Psychosis, we highly recommend connecting with a skilled psychotherapist in your area for support. The Mind Your POP™ program is focused on supporting you with navigating your relationship with your prolapse. While you will likely see an improvement in your mental health and outlook as you implement these strategies, the program is not a replacement for skilled, individualized psychotherapy. The program can be a wonderful supplement to psychotherapy and help you to gain strategies to manage the mindset hurdles that can accompany Pelvic Organ Prolapse specifically.
We are confident that you will love it! If there is something that you would like to see different or included in the program, we will be inviting and welcoming feedback throughout. As a founding member, you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful feedback that will shape the program and ensure that it is tailored to meet your needs.
"I'd only say that I hope lots of people find out about you. I wish I had connected with you sooner as I feel like many of the tools you gave me would have been helpful even sooner in my journey."
